Tom squinted, trying to see through the gloom. Tom tries to puzzle things together, but it does not make any sense. Something went wrong. Weird & confusing & creepy. But in this novel the author branches out into the third person narrative. The pacing was strong but the writing style really surprised me. 'It's not so bad really,' Tom told the eyes.

It's really exciting not only because it's a bit terrifying, but also because you really want to know what is going on. Tom Harding is a great character and this book was really well written because you are given a pretty basic setting and only a handful of characters.
